All Arriving passengers seeking entry into the State of Goa shall carry a Covid-negative test report for a test done a maximum of 72 hours prior to entering Goa. The Covid-negative report shall mean RT-PCR/TrueNat/CBNAAT, Rapid Antigen Test, or any other test as approved by ICMR.
- Fully vaccinated guests can travel without RT-PCR Negative certificate.
- Can travel with Partial vaccinated certificate + RT-PCR Negative report done within 72 hours of travel.
- Thermal Screening upon arrival is carried out by APHO and passengers shall submit a self-declaration form.
- Rapid Test Mandatory for all arriving passengers. If the report tests positive, the passenger will be sent to a COVID Care Centre as per State Govt. guidelines.
