What does the registration fee include?

The Congress registration fee includes:

• Access to Congress Sessions ( 5^th May to 7^th May 2023)
• Workshops halls / sessions can be accessed by only the delegates who register for it
• Access to the Exhibition area at the Congress
• Lunches during the conference (For students lunch will be privately arranged on all conference days.)
• All dinner except Presidential Dinner cruise . Delegates can purchase the Presidential Dinner cruise coupon on spot and the same is priced at 75USD. (For the Students category, dinners are not included in the registration cost. )

Does the registration fee include accommodation?

The congress registration fee does not include accommodation.

How do I book the same?

We have made arrangements for the same at the venue – St. Regis Resort Goa – and have also listed other premier properties close by the Congress Venue. Accommodation may be booked by visiting the below link and coordinating with the Event Organisers for the same.

What is the climate in Goa, India?

Goa enjoys a tropical monsoon climate with pleasant weather, hovering between 24°C to 30°C all year round.

The period of April & May falls under the warmer, summer season – perfect for leisurely days spent at Goa’s balmy beaches. Come sundown, sea breezes further cool the temperature. This period sees weather that is neither so warm as to burn the skin nor rainy enough to ruin any beach plans.

What is the official currency?

The Indian Rupee (symbol: ₹; code: INR) is the official currency.

Arrangements for the Forex Exchange have been made at the Congress.
