Terms & Conditions :

• The rooms in the listed hotels have to be booked for a minimum of 4 Nts (4TH – 7TH May 2023)
• Child policy - Children below 5yrs is complimentary, Children in the age group of 5-12 stay will be complimentary, but breakfast charges to be applicable.
• If there are 2 Children below 12 yrs, extra bed charges mandatory.
• The above mentioned rates are valid for bookings till Mar 31st 2023 and are applicable only for registered delegates.
• Rooms are allotted on first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Rooms for pre / post congress dates needs to be addressed separately by sending a mail to [email protected].
• The hotel room rates are applicable on per room per night basis.
• The room standard check in time is 1400hrs and check out time 1200hrs. In case of an early arrival , room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.
• The above rates are inclusive of all currently applicable taxes and buffet breakfast at the designated restaurants
• Taxes are government mandated and subject to change / revised.
• The above quoted accommodation rates are exclusive of airport transfers, tips, laundry, meals not mentioned, room services, mini bar, phone bills, wifi and other services not mentioned
• All bookings to be guaranteed by 100% advance towards the room booked.
• Refunds will be initiated 30 days after the completion of the Congress

Cancellation Policy :

• Cancellation of rooms before 90 days prior to the check in – 25% of the amount paid
• Cancellation of rooms before 90 – 61 days prior to the check in – 50% of the amount paid
• Cancellation of rooms before 60 – 31 days prior to the check in – 75% of the amount paid
• Cancellation of rooms before 30 days prior to the check in – 100% of the amount paid
• No show & early departure – 100% of the amount paid

Mode Of Payments :

• Online payments – made through the payment gateway will attract a transaction fees of 2.5% - 4% depending on the international card used.
• Kindly note Amex card / Diners Club / Discover cards are currently not accepted for accommodation.
• If paying by bank transfer / wire transfer USD 25 will be applicable as remittance charges.
