Dr Tatu Joy graduated in Oral Medicine and Radiology from SDM Dharwad in 1999 with honors and started India’s first exclusive Oral Medicine and Radiology Centre (Maxillofacial Diagnostics) in Cochin in 2000. His passion in teaching lifted him up the rungs to be a professor at various universities in south India. He is currently, Professor and HOD, PG Guide at Sree Mookambika Institute of Dental Sciences, TN. He is under consideration for a PhD honor’s from Ecole Superieure University, France; whilst being a PhD guide at the Pacific University, Udaipur. The quest for answers in response to his patients’ problems landed him in the lap of Neuromuscular Dentistry in the year 2013, when he partnered with Dr. Raj to start India’s first exclusive NMD clinic in 2015, The Right Bite Craniofacial Pain Care, Kochi. Just four years but huge success stories with cases of Trigeminal Neuralgia, Burning Mouth Syndrome, Palatal Myoclonus, asthmatic breathlessness and a host of regular TMD patients. He puts proper diagnosis at the forefront of all treatment plans. Currently working with two sets of CBCT machines five softwares and a fully equipped NM clinic, he is a sought after speaker in National and international avenues and is sure to enthrall
